Mannersdorf is a region with a long-standing winemaking tradition known mostly for St Roch’s Chapel. It is visible from a distance because of its appealing location on top of Rochusberg Hill. From the chapel, you can enjoy exquisite views of the Weinviertel region, the Morava River meadow and the Little Carpathians mountain range. It is a unique piece of architecture and one of the few examples of Italian Renaissance in the region. Rudolf von Teuffenbach had it built out of gratitude for his soldiers being kept safe at sea.
